Introduction:

After the recent NaP agreement and exclusion of Macedonia in it, the CP's of Macedonia and Bosnia & Herzegovina sat down and in a very calm and friendly manner discussed the terms and agreed to sign a NaP that would put an end to their mutual war.

Once the NaP is in full effect, the relations between both of the countries reset, and turn into friendly allowing them to trade and interact normally.

Rules:

NaP Duration: 30 Days (End Date: 02.12.2024)

During this period both of the signees are prohibited from declaring war on each other, initiating resistance wars in their colonies, and hitting against the other signee of this document.

If a fighter from each of the sides decides to hit either intentionally, unintentionally, or just for medal purposes, the opposite side can ask for damage compensation from the noted fighter's country.

Members from both countries and MU's that represent it, aren't allowed to change or abuse foreign CS to hit against the other side of this agreement.

Any violation of the NaP has to be immediately compensated in:

DoW - 200 gold

Fighter damage - equal damage on the other side

Not obeying the agreement's rules: 200 gold.

Non-Aggression Pact & Peace Terms

1. Macedonia

Will release the currently controlled cores of Bosnia & Herzegovina which are:

- Sarajevo

- Foca

- Neum

Will have the right to keep the Italian regions obtained from Bosnia & Herzegovina (Bari & Catania)

Will have the right to keep all of Serbia

2. Bosnia

Will receive all of their core regions back

Will pay reparations to Macedonia's country treasury as compensation for the core regions.


With the signatures of the current presidents of the state Aexil & Sheriff in the comments below, the NaP is in full effect and has to be respected by both sides.
