Today, organized citizens choose leaders of their parties.

Two guys in Ukraine:

1 Volna Zemlja, communist. She's got one member, Mateuschenko. He's the president of Ukraine, and the congressman's place is from this position.

2 "Democratic Alliance" is capitalist, and now it's the largest party of four parties. The leader is Bandura, he's the only candidate.

The leader controls three things: the ideological party, the presidential candidate and the order of people on the congresses list.

Treasuries, taxes, war and laws decide the president of the country and Congress. The president's office could be either one of its own or the party would leave this place free and go to the coalition.
