On day 124, the following countries, as an act of good will, decided to sign a Non-Agression Pact, detailed below:

Side 1: USA, Iran, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Portugal, France, Italy, Japan, Indonesia, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Ukraine

Side 2: BFTE (Romania, Lithuania, Bulgaria, South Korea, Poland), GAUSS (Germany, Australia, China, Serbia, Sweden), Croatia, Albania, UK, South Africa, Israel, Hungary, Colombia, Iraq

1) Side 1 (Japan, France, Italy, Greece and USA) retains or reclaims all their core territories, with the exception of the following regions:
- Kavala
- Venice
- Cagliari
- Catania
1a) The above mentioned regions go to Side 2
- Kavala is awarded to Bulgaria
- Venice, Cagliari, and Catania are awarded to Germany

2) Side 1 keeps/retakes the following regions from Mexico:
- Tijuana
- Monterrey
- Guadalajara
2a) Mexico City remains under Mexican control
2b) Tuxtla Gutiérrez and Mérida are awarded to Bulgaria
2c) Side 1 has full discretion over the distribution of Tijuana,
Monterrey, and Guadalajara

3) Side 2 keeps the following countries & regions: Peru, Colombia, India, 
Philippines, Pakistan, and Iraq
3a) Philippines and Pakistan are awarded as follows:
- China receives: Cebu, Puerto Princesa, Tacloban, and Manila (Philippines); Islamabad, Lahore, Quetta (Pakistan)
- South Korea receives: Baguio, Davao City (Philippines); Karachi, Turbat, Multan (Pakistan)
3b) India is awarded to Bulgaria, except for New Delhi, which remains under Indian control
- Bulgaria annexes Jalandhar, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Kolkata, and Bangalore
3c) Iraq retains the following cities as neutral and unoccupied by any side:
- Ar-Rutbah
- Kut
- Basra
- Baghdad
3d) Peru and Colombia are awarded among Side 2 members:
- Bulgaria takes Arequipa and Cusco
- Lithuania takes Pucallpa and Iquitos
- Poland takes Lima and Trujillo
- Romania keeps Mitú, Cúcuta, and Cali
- Colombia keeps Medellín, Barranquilla, and Bogota

4) Annexation of Ireland
- Sweden annexes Sligo, Galway, and Cork
- Lithuania annexes Dublin, Athlone, and Waterford

5) Annexation of Ukraine
- Romania annexes Odessa and Zaporizhzhia
- Poland annexes Lviv, Kyiv, and Chernihiv
- Lithuania annexes Kharkiv

6) Annexation of Salta and Posadas
- All parties must respect and uphold this agreement.

7) Side 1 acknowledges and respects any agreement between the UK and
Sweden regarding territorial transfers:
- Sweden annexes: Plymouth and Norwich
- The UK retains: London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Belfast

8) Chile's Territorial Reclamation
- Chile reclaims the following regions: Santiago de Chile, Antofagasta, Puerto Montt and Punta Arenas
8a) Chile reserves the right to reclaim Temuco and Arica independently, without assistance from Side 2, as Side 2 is bound by a Non-Aggression Pact with Brazil that prohibits any interference.

9) Japan-Korea Industrial Exchange Agreement
- Japan and Korea will exchange companies to standardize production between both nations
- Japan will transfer the Arisaka Defence Q4 weapons company to Korea, located in Busan, along with 200 Gold for its upgrade to Q5.
- Korea will transfer the Hiki Food Q5 company, located in Osaka, to Japan.
- The 200 Gold payment will be made in two installments:
     * 100 Gold upon the company exchange
     * 100 Gold once all of Japan’s core regions are liberate

- Any breach, delay, or fraudulent actions by either party will be considered a violation of this agreement and will result in prosecution by all guarantors of the deal.

10) Bulgaria-Israel Agreement
10a) Bulgaria and Israel have entered into an agreement in which Bulgaria will rent Be'er Sheva from Israel for a sum that remains undisclosed to the public.
10b) All parties must respect and uphold this agreement.

11) Indonesia-Slovenia Conflict
11a) Bulgaria will withdraw its forces from Indonesia.
11b) Since Slovenia is no longer a party to this Non-Aggression Pact, Indonesia and Slovenia may choose whether to proceed with war or seek a diplomatic resolution.
11c) Due to an existing Non-Aggression Pact between Side 2 and Slovenia, which remains valid until Day 150, the following conditions apply:
- Until Day 150, Side 2 is prohibited from assisting Indonesia against Slovenia.
- From Day 150 onward, any country from Side 2 may choose to assist Indonesia.
- From Day 155 onward, any country from Side 2 may choose to assist Slovenia.
11d) Side 1 is permitted to assist Indonesia in defending against Slovenia, as Slovenia is not a signatory to this agreement.

Nuclear Warfare Prohibition:
Side 1 is prohibited from launching nuclear attacks against Side 2.
Side 2 is prohibited from launching nuclear attacks against Side 1.

War and Hostilities Restrictions:
Side 1 shall not declare war on any country from Side 2.
Side 2 shall not declare war on any country from Side 1.
Side 1 shall not initiate or support resistance wars (RWs) against Side 2.
Side 2 shall not initiate or support resistance wars (RWs) against Side 1.
Side 1 shall not engage in combat against any country from Side 2.
Side 2 shall not engage in combat against any country from Side 1.

Citizenship and Mercenary Restrictions:
No citizen from Side 1 is allowed to change their citizenship for the purpose of fighting against Side 2.
No citizen from Side 2 is allowed to change their citizenship for the purpose of fighting against Side 1.
Side 1 is prohibited from hiring mercenaries to fight against Side 2.
Side 2 is prohibited from hiring mercenaries to fight against Side 1.

Compensation for Violations:
If any country from Side 1 inflicts damage on a country from Side 2, the affected country has the right to demand compensation equal to or exceeding the value of the damage caused in the same battle.
If any country from Side 2 inflicts damage on a country from Side 1, the affected country has the right to demand compensation equal to or exceeding the value of the damage caused in the same battle.

Training Wars Regulation:
Countries from Side 1 and Side 2 may conduct training wars, provided they announce them in advance to ensure mutual awareness. If either side gains control of a region during a training war, it must be returned immediately and cannot be retained under any circumstances.

Duration of the NAP:
This Non-Aggression Pact is valid until day 155.
