1. All sides are not allowed to fight against, declare war against, nuke or start resistance wars against each other.
2. Side 2 gets control over Cagliari, Mitu and Cucuta
3. Side 1 gets control over the rest of regions they controlled before war
4. Changing citizenship in order to avoid points above is forbidden. 
8. This treaty is valid 35 days from today to day 513 (included).
