The construction or transfer of raw materials production (grain, iron, titanium or fuel) does not fall.
Upgrade does not fall under the subsidy.

Procedure for obtaining a grant:

  2. 2. Get approval.

  3. 3. Build or relocate a company.

  4. 4. To issue a contract for Russia with a request for the specified amount in rubles.

  5. 5. Wait for the contract to be signed.

Limitations:

Received rubles cannot be sold on the market at a rate cheaper than 0.2 gold within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Use the received rubles for payment and purchase of goods.

Example of contract execution:

For the first stage of the support program, a budget of 1,000 rubles was formed.
As the budget is exhausted, the programme will be modified.
