JOIN THE COMMUNITY

As soon as you enter the game, you'll undoubtedly be confused. That's why it's crucial to engage with the Italian community right away. There are several ways to ask for information: the welcome chat that's automatically created when you log in, where you can ask the government for information and, if you have one, your referee; the Italian public chat, which you'll always find in the bottom right corner; or, the quickest solution, the Italian Discord, which I've linked here. You can also find us on Reddit to see what's new and ask questions in the comments.

DAILY ROUTINE

Once you've connected with other citizens, all you have to do is figure out what you need to do to survive each day.

The summary? Simple:

  1. Working as an employee

  2. Working for yourself

  3. Train yourself

  4. Build

  5. Fight

To explain it better, let's analyze one point at a time.

Working as an employee

As you may have seen in the first guide, you'll find the main menu on the left, and under "My Places," the first link is "Work." You'll be prompted to search for a job; simply clicking will take you to the job market where you can choose the best offer. Important note: contact a government official to get a better-paying job with state-owned companies!

Once you're hired, you'll see this screen every morning:

In your case, since you haven't worked yet, you have a button that says "Work." Once you do that, it shows you the countdown until you can work again (you can work once a day, and it resets at the Day Change, which occurs at 2:00 AM Italian time). All your salary and tax information is always visible, reminding you how much the government is sucking you away.

Essential to do every day because it is your main source of income at no cost.

Working on your own

If you followed part of the initial tutorial/quest, you will have had to create your first company (we recommend following the tutorial as far as you can, but always ask the community what to do, which will help you avoid making mistakes).

There's a dedicated tutorial on how to run your business, but here we'll just look at what you need to do every day to work and produce for free.

In "My Factories," you'll see your companies, and by selecting one in the box to the left of its name, it will appear under the "Work as a Manager" button. We recommend always working as a Manager once, as the first job of the day is always free, so you'll be producing resources or products for your own consumption or for sale.

Train yourself

The second link in the "My Places" menu is Training. You can also train once a day, and it helps improve your battle skills. Click Train and you'll see the screen below with your power level and base damage stats.

Please note the Equipment section... I'll just say it's going to be very important, but for now, just stick to wearing the best pieces you can find. There'll be a guide for that later, too.

Build

Once you've completed the three basic daily activities, all you have to do is use up your energy and food bars.

Always remember that to maximize your experience you must try to never leave the bars at full because all the excess is lost as it no longer regenerates beyond the limit.

Make the most of your energy and hunger by building and fighting.

To start, I recommend dividing your efforts evenly between building and combat, as these are two separate skills that are worth developing.

Building is very simple, click on the map marker depicting a structure in a yellow circle with the Italian flag and the national construction site will open.

Click build to contribute to the progress (each hit consumes 10 energy).

Extra notes: If you're the top donor at the end of the project, you'll receive a small reward and a badge on your profile. You can increase your donations within the project by equipping builder equipment (the yellow one).

These structures, once completed, will bring benefits to the entire nation:

  • Hospital - Increases health bar

  • Military Base - increases the bonus in war and allows maximum nuclear development

  • Production fields - increase the production of raw materials companies

  • Industrial Zone - reduces pollution (penalty for production) and provides bonuses for the production of finished goods industries

Fight

Use the rest of your energy to fight. In the market, you can find weapons, planes, and food that are useful to the cause. I recommend not going broke at the beginning, but buying the bare minimum, such as low-level food and a few weapons (not planes unless requested in daily missions).

Once you have what you need, go to "War", "Active Wars" and at the top you will almost always find the order of the Military Unit.

By the way... if you haven't already, join the Dead Man Army, the state-run MU that will give you a small bonus to fight every day. Here's the link.

Select the battle and you will see a screen like this:

In this case the battlefield is "Ship" and has no bonuses or penalties but depending on where it takes place there may be some.

At the top you have the two sides (in some battles you can choose who to shoot for by selecting the flag, like in this one) and the battle data.

Without going into the details of this screen for now, just know that you can fight using the central button and on the left you can choose the weapon to use, on the right the food to consume.

DAILY MISSIONS

As you go about your daily routine, check out the daily missions on the right side of the main screen. Complete them all to earn experience and gold. They're incredibly important and incredibly easy to do; just click on them and they'll automatically take you to the page where you can complete them.

Extra: The campaign you find above can be easily completed at the beginning and also offers nice rewards, but over time it is better to leave it aside for a while because it requires you to make investments and actions that are not highly recommended for a beginner.
