Goodbye my friend

​I just felt the need to say goodbye.

You were always there, someone I could rely on, someone who made things feel easier just by being around. Your presence, your words, and the way you treated people left a mark on me that I won’t forget.

Even though you weren’t native Croatian, you did so much for all of us. You became one of us in every way that mattered.

I keep thinking about your last message: “I’m here, I’m not going anywhere.”

But sadly, you did leave. For long time I wandered why you never said anything, not even single message. Now I understand that you never did that.

I hope you’re in a better place now, at peace.
