   AIRACE: Hi, my name is Pan, AIRACE in the game.

   AIRACE: That is a deep question. Just a regular guy I guess.

3. Trendo: Why did you get banned?
   AIRACE: The ban message stated the reason to be "Exploiting players.". Straight to the point, having friends use my referral link and work in my companies (Q3 Iron) for 0.01 salary.
   Trendo: Did you pay them something in exchange?
   AIRACE: I have offered my help should they need it in the game, but no. I have not paid them anything inside the game. They have however received currency in eRep, although I doubt that counts. ?
   Trendo: I see xd and have you transferred anything between each other without trading something of similar value in return? In Eclesiar.
   AIRACE: We have not. The thing is, those people would have not known or tried the game maybe anytime soon if ever. So I do get the point of the moderators and I can absolutely admit that I did what I did to get ahead, but there was more to it.
   Trendo: Go on.
   AIRACE: I do want other people to play Eclesiar and therefore asking people to join this way seemed okay to me. 
 On the other hand the rules are not necessarily very clear. Take my situation for example - I play for Bulgaria. Bulgaria is a communist country inside the game. Therefore everyone donates all gold and whatever is asked from them to the country. They even work for 0.01 and get some provisions should the leaders be online to trade. However at the same time this give power to the country to set how higher the wage is.
 Minimum wage in Bulgaria is 0. Average working wage is around 1.13 right now and the country can directly affect that number. So for a solo player, one that does not like communism - it becomes impossible or very hard to get anywhere.
   Trendo: Yes the country controls minimum wage. But would it not be even more difficult to play on the open market if the min salary was higher? Because then you have to melt more gold for currency to stay competitive on the job market, assuming Bulgaria keeps a strong currency.
   AIRACE: You could be right. I won't comment much on what Bulgaria keeps strong or not, but I will say this. We already pay 25% tax for work, VAT and imports so it already is hard come by as a solo player. You can understand why I and the others banned today have done what we did. (Assuming they all got banned for the same Wage problem) ?
 Just to add to that aswell, I have not had any competition whatsoever on the Bulgarian market. There is no one making stuff but the country pretty much and if they are they are usuing it.
   Trendo: Technically everything you did was legal. You wage was not outside the fiscal laws regulated within Bulgaria.
   AIRACE: Technically, absolutely right! In game. However the rules seems to work differently so in fact I was wrong. Maybe I am the stupid one here and does not quiet get the rules. I do think they need to be explained better.
   Trendo: How long have you been banned?
   AIRACE: I got banned today or early morning I guess.
   Trendo: Had admin given you feedback?
   AIRACE: No, there was no warning or much feedback other than the red message box when I tried to log in stating: I have been temporarily suspended for 14 days due to "Exploiting of players". 
 I had to open a ticket in discord as I had no idea I was doing anything wrong. So for me the ban was out of the blue. May I add they were very helpful and resourceful. I even managed to get my account unbanned as I wanted to play. That cost me 50g as apparently was the estimated amount I've "gathered" from my friends working small wage. My friends are all perma-banned. For Multi-account as a reason. 2 out of the 3 are phone number verified and have one account. ?
 I get the admins, it is healthy for the game too and it's players to keep things regulated, but to suspend a Paying Customer for two weeks from their service which is just over 3 weeks old is mind-numbing to me.
   Trendo: You think the punishment should have been shorter or perhaps entirely different instead of suspension?
   AIRACE: I would have expected a warning. Like I said I had no idea I was in the wrong. It would have been nice to receive a message or to be made aware of your "wrong doing" whatever it is.
   Trendo: What  would be fair to you, 1 warning second time ban or a system of few warnings first? Giving "chance" for people to learn whats good and bad.
   AIRACE: The way they have handled it seems okay. It is up to the admins to decide how they are running their service. I would personally have appreciated a warning or someone to get in touch.
 The problem for me is the fact my country is allowed to state 0 minimum wage but the rules are STRONGLY against that and then a player has to figure it all out.
  Trendo: Have you tried to explore other markets beside Bulgarian one?
  AIRACE: No. I have checked, but no. At the time I did not want to be part of the communist structure so I thought I can at least keep my business on home soil and contribute to the teamplay this way. My friends have left and changed citizenships entirely for that very reason.
Tonight after I got my account back, I have decided to join the communism movement. ?
   Trendo: Has a Bulgarian NPC ever bought anything from you? 
   AIRACE: I check each and every transaction I get and I have not spotted a bot. I am oblivious to how these things work apart from how they get made. ?
   Trendo: i havent managed to sell anything either. What would you suggest to improve open market for players?
   AIRACE: I have many ideas, but..... Viva la revolución!!!!!!!!
   Trendo: Do tell. And are there other parts of the game that you think should have changes? 
   AIRACE: The game as it is now for me is great. I like it a lot. I have not put much thought behind what needs to be changed apart from visual things.
 The game is very young still and should focus on working properly and attracting more players. Down the line I am positive they will update it visually aswell as add more features ?

 Let's wrap things up with the next question, I wanted to make people aware that working for 0.01 is wrong and can get them banned so they do not wake up like me one day and wonder what the fuck hit them. ?
