With the resolution of WW1, the skies were clearing up once again and the blood was slowly vanishing from sight, sinking deeper into the soil. Gaia smitten with sorrow for all the poor souls that were deprived of life, in her darkest hour managed to gather strength for one cry. The earth cracked open and spat out 4 pearls to guide humanity forward. Each shining as bright as the next one.

The first landed close to the Sun`s bed, to greet it every morning and gain its favor. That was Japan. Next, Indonesia fell in the middle between 2 oceans, to play with the currents and control the tides of change. Then came the twin pearls - the brother Iran and the sister Arabia, bound to reconnect the ancient crossroads of 3 great continents of old. Their radiant light will reach every person, touch every heart, and eradicate darkness from within this world.

The legend concludes with the words "The sky is your mirror, the stars our reflection".

To achieve maximum transparency ASTRA is composed of two regulatory bodies.
Headquarters (abbr. HQ) is composed of an internally elected Secretary General, and a team of assistants appointed by him upon conclusion of said internal elections.

A small yet agile alliance, ASTRA, is created for the purpose of economic growth and prosperity between the nation members, mutual protection in case of an arising threat, regional stability, and most importantly, to have fun together. Finely aged grape juice is best enjoyed in a company.

This is a fully neutral alliance regarding any current/past conflicts. We are open to discussions of cooperation or fruitful dealings with any block or individual nation currently. We will not be recruiting any new nations for now, unless the situation arises and the Council decides otherwise.
