Η παγκόσμια συνθήκη ειρήνης (NAP - Non-Aggression Pact) έχει δώσει στα έθνη μια σπάνια ευκαιρία να ξεκουραστούν από τη συνεχή αιματοχυσία. Οι στρατοί ανασυντάσσονται, οι οικονομίες ανακάμπτουν, και οι λαοί αναπνέουν χωρίς τον φόβο της επόμενης μάχης. Όμως, η ιστορία μας έχει διδάξει ότι η ειρήνη είναι συχνά προσωρινή.
