To All Citizens of Our Nation:

The National Government, in the exercise of its constitutional responsibilities and guided by the principles of accountability, transparency, and commitment to national well-being, hereby informs the public of the decisions adopted regarding economic, fiscal, and administrative matters.

Following a comprehensive process of governmental analysis and strategic planning, the official allocation of the National Budget has been established to ensure the responsible, efficient, and organized management of public resources collected through taxation.

This allocation is intended to strengthen government institutions, safeguard national security, promote economic development, and address the essential needs of our citizens.

II. TAX ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC REVENUE

The National Government establishes that all resources obtained through taxation shall be proportionally distributed among the approved government sectors.

For every 100 units of gold collected, public resources shall be allocated according to the officially approved percentages.

Taxation represents a fundamental instrument for maintaining government operations, financing public services, and supporting national development.

The administration of these resources shall be guided by the principles of efficiency, fiscal responsibility, accountability, and transparency.

III. COMPENSATION OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

As part of the new administrative framework, a proportional compensation system has been established for the seven principal officials of the National Government.

The budget allocated to Governance and Administration shall be distributed as follows:

- President of the Republic: 30%
- Vice President of the Republic: 20%
- Minister of Economy: 10%
- Minister of Labor: 10%
- Minister of Public Relations: 10%
- Minister of Defense: 10%
- Minister of Development: 10%

This system ensures that government officials' compensation remains directly proportional to available public revenue.

Under this framework, salaries shall adjust according to national tax collection rather than being established as fixed amounts independent of government income.

IV. COMMITMENT TO THE PEOPLE

The National Government reaffirms its commitment to building a stronger, safer, more stable, and more prosperous nation.

Every budgetary decision shall be directed toward strengthening public institutions, protecting citizens, developing infrastructure, promoting economic opportunities, and improving the overall well-being of the population.

Furthermore, the Government recognizes that public resources belong to the nation and that their administration represents one of the highest responsibilities entrusted to public officials.

Transparency, responsible leadership, and efficient resource management shall remain fundamental principles of this administration.

V. FINAL PROVISIONS

The measures announced herein constitute part of the new economic and administrative organization of the National Government and shall serve as the foundation for future governmental planning and operations.

All citizens are encouraged to remain informed regarding official decisions, public policies, and administrative provisions communicated through authorized government channels.

Our priority is to build a responsible government, a strong economy, and a future of greater opportunities for every citizen.
