Strengthening India's Domestic Industry and Strategic Self-Reliance

Issued by: Office of the Vice President & Ministry of Economy
Republic of India

Citizens, Entrepreneurs, and Industrialists of India,

A strong nation must be capable of producing what it needs. To strengthen India's domestic economy, support local manufacturers, and improve the availability of essential supplies, the Government is introducing Project Atmanirbhar — an initiative to encourage investment in domestic Q5 manufacturing.

1. Industrial Modernisation Assistance

Eligible citizens establishing or upgrading qualifying Q5 Food, Ground Weapons, or Aircraft Weapons factories may qualify for a proposed 250 INR industrial bounty, subject to government approval, verification, and available treasury funds.

2. Proposed State Procurement Rates

To provide domestic manufacturers with an additional potential buyer, the Government proposes the following daily procurement programme:

  • Q5 Ground Weapons: 1.100 INR per unit — up to 100 units daily.

  • Q5 Food: 1.850 INR per unit — up to 100 units daily.

  • Q5 Aircraft Weapons: 2.200 INR per unit — up to 15 units daily.

Procurement will be conducted through agreed in-game contracts with the designated State Procurement account. Producers must confirm current rates, available quotas, contract fees, and acceptance before dispatching goods.

3. Raw-Material Support

Eligible manufacturers may also apply for assistance with Iron, Grain, and Titanium from available national stockpiles. Allocations will depend on inventory, production requirements, and government approval.

Building a Self-Reliant India

Project Atmanirbhar aims to encourage sustainable investment, strengthen domestic supply chains, and improve India's ability to meet its own economic and strategic requirements.

We invite Indian entrepreneurs and factory owners to explore these opportunities, assess their production costs carefully, and contribute to the growth of our national industry.

Build domestically. Produce sustainably. Strengthen India.

Jai Hind! 🇮🇳

Note: The bounty, procurement rates, quotas, and raw-material support are proposed government measures and should be treated as available only after official confirmation.
