Date: 30 October 2026
My dear nationalist citizens,
As my term as President of Bharat comes to an end, I address you with gratitude, pride, and a deep sense of responsibility. The past term has been a period of important decisions, economic measures, strategic investments, and collective efforts to strengthen our nation.
The progress we have made is not the achievement of one individual. It is the result of our ministers' dedication, our Vice President's continued support, our citizens' commitment, and the collective determination of those who worked to advance Bharat's interests.
Allow me to reflect upon five major pillars of our administration's work.
1. Economic Stability and the Protection of the Rupee
One of our administration's principal priorities was strengthening the rupee and addressing instability in the currency market. Through decisive economic measures, we established a capital floor and reduced the reported market spread from 32.73% to 2.70%.
This was an important step towards protecting the value of our citizens' holdings and improving confidence in our national economy. Economic stability requires consistent attention, difficult decisions, and responsible management. Our efforts were directed towards creating a more predictable and secure economic environment for Bharat.
2. Fiscal Transparency and Responsible Financial Management
Responsible governance demands accountability in the management of national resources. Our administration maintained a recorded 30-day fiscal ledger comprising 87 entries, documenting sovereign inflows, strategic outflows, and the resulting fiscal position.
The reported ledger recorded total sovereign inflows of 51,854,055, strategic outflows of 45,188,626, and a net fiscal surplus of 6,665,429.
Our recorded revenue sources included domestic VAT taxes, citizen work taxes, border tariffs, and strategic market operations. We also pursued strategic investments in gold storage expansion, infrastructure, and industrial upgrades.
These measures reflect our commitment to maintaining financial discipline, strengthening national resources, and ensuring that public funds support Bharat's long-term interests.
3. Atmanirbhar Bharat: Industrial Strength and Strategic Independence
A sovereign nation must possess the capacity to protect its interests without excessive dependence on foreign supply chains. Under our administration, Atmanirbhar Bharat remained a central national priority.
Our efforts focused on strengthening domestic industrial capabilities, expanding strategic resource extraction, and improving our ability to meet national requirements through indigenous production.
We also pursued measures concerning titanium and iron extraction to reduce dependence on volatile foreign markets. Alongside this, our administration emphasised the protection of domestic interests in foreign agreements, including reciprocity, environmental safeguards, and commitments to local infrastructure.
Self-reliance is not achieved through declarations alone. It requires sustained industrial investment, strategic planning, and the determination to develop our own capabilities.
4. National Defence and the Sovereign Arsenal
The security of Bharat remains inseparable from its economic and industrial strength. Our administration continued to prioritise national defence, military preparedness, and the development of domestic defence capabilities.
The reported national defence figures included 6,841 Q5 weapons, 1,526 Q5 aircraft manufactured, and 1,700 high-tier units cleared through agreements.
These figures represent important elements of our strategic arsenal and defence capacity. We also identified priorities for improving the distribution of Q5 equipment to active military units, strengthening defence infrastructure, and ensuring that strategic investments contribute directly to national preparedness.
Our objective has been to build a Bharat that is equipped to defend its sovereignty, protect its citizens, and respond effectively to emerging challenges.
5. The Next Phase: Efficiency, Infrastructure, and Economic Growth
Our work has also established priorities for the next phase of national development. These include legislative discipline, reducing unnecessary expenditure, redirecting resources towards defence, addressing raw-material shortages, improving industrial efficiency, and maintaining economic stability.
We have placed particular importance on expanding titanium and iron production, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring that strategic resources are deployed where they can deliver the greatest national value.
The road ahead requires continuity, sound judgement, and a willingness to improve upon the foundations already established. The next administration will have the opportunity to carry these priorities forward and pursue new avenues of national growth.
Beyond These Five Achievements
These five pillars represent only a portion of the work undertaken during this term. There have been many additional decisions, initiatives, negotiations, and administrative efforts that have contributed to Bharat's development. No single address can adequately capture every contribution or every step taken in the national interest.
Behind every recorded achievement are countless decisions, discussions, and coordinated efforts. I am grateful to every minister, official, and citizen whose contribution has helped move our nation forward.
Leadership Beyond Presence
I would also like to clarify an important aspect of my presidency. Although there were periods when I could not remain actively present in the game, my responsibilities towards Bharat did not simply cease.
During those periods, I continued to participate in diplomatic discussions, coordinate with fellow leaders, deliberate on national matters, and take decisions through Discord and other available communication channels.
My in-game activity may not always have reflected the full extent of my involvement, but I remained committed to supporting the administration and protecting Bharat's interests to the best of my ability.
I believe leadership is measured not merely by visible presence, but also by the responsibility with which one approaches decisions, the willingness to remain engaged, and the commitment to the nation even when circumstances are difficult.
Gratitude to My Vice President, Cabinet, and Citizens
I extend my sincere appreciation to our Vice President for the support, cooperation, and responsibilities undertaken throughout this term. I am pleased that our current Vice President will assume the presidency in the next term, and I offer my full respect and best wishes for the responsibilities ahead.
To every minister who served in this administration, thank you for your time, effort, and dedication. The work of a government is collective, and our progress would not have been possible without your contributions.
To our citizens, thank you for your continued support, participation, and commitment to Bharat. A nation's strength is not defined by its leadership alone; it is reflected in the determination of its people and their willingness to contribute to a common future.
A Personal Announcement and the Transition Ahead
My dear citizens, as today marks my final day as President, I wish to share a personal decision with complete honesty.
My personal responsibilities have increased, and I can no longer dedicate the consistent time required to serve effectively as an active President. After careful consideration, I have decided not to continue in an active leadership role during the next term.
Our current Vice President will therefore assume the presidency in the coming term. I have confidence in the importance of an orderly transition and hope that the work initiated by this administration will continue to benefit Bharat under the incoming leadership.
Although I will step away from active participation, I will continue to serve as an advisor, offering my experience, perspective, and support whenever required. This is not a permanent farewell to Bharat. I intend to return as an active participant when my personal circumstances allow me to devote the time and attention that the game deserves.
Until then, I will remain grateful for the opportunity to have served this nation and worked alongside so many dedicated individuals.
A Final Message to Bharat
My dear nationalist citizens, public service is ultimately about leaving behind a stronger foundation than the one we inherited. Our term has brought important efforts towards economic stability, fiscal accountability, industrial self-reliance, national defence, and strategic development.
There is still much to accomplish. Every achievement creates new responsibilities, and every administration must continue striving for a more prosperous, secure, and resilient nation.
I leave the presidency with gratitude for the trust placed in me, appreciation for my Vice President and cabinet, and enduring respect for the citizens who make Bharat what it is.
The office of President may pass to another leader, but our shared responsibility towards Bharat continues.
May the next term bring further progress, stronger institutions, greater prosperity, and lasting national strength.
Jai Hind!
