In response to this deterioration and in response to the desire for reform, we solemnly declare that President-elect AHMEDER Judgment articles, with him. Vice-President MoltoTo begin immediately the implementation of an emergency plan to save the State, to dismantle the crisis of the past Covenant and to reorder Egypt ' s external and internal priorities.

The President has adopted the new Government configuration comprising the leaders of the change and reform phase:
