Dear French citizens, good day,
Today marks the birth of a new political movement open to all: the Liberal Movement .
Before being a political party, the Liberal Movement sees itself first and foremost as a citizens' movement, bringing together those who wish to participate in building the eFrance of tomorrow.
We start from a simple conviction: politics should not be the domain of a few individuals . Every citizen must be able to contribute to the collective project, defend their ideas, and participate in the movement's decisions. It is in this spirit that the Liberal Movement will regularly organize internal primaries, allowing its members to propose, debate, and defend their own positions. The movement's leadership must therefore remain at the service of its members, and not the other way around.
Our ambition: to defend an economy based on freedom of enterprise and the functioning of the market , in which small producers, entrepreneurs, and large corporations can each find their place. But we do not consider the economy as an end in itself. eFrance possesses considerable strength: its community and the businesses it brings together. Our holding companies, our entrepreneurs, and our producers can constitute much more than a simple economic fabric. They can become a true lever of power for our country, by developing our presence in foreign markets, strengthening our economic sovereignty, and enabling eFrance to defend its interests on the international stage through means other than military force alone.
We therefore want an enterprising, prosperous, sovereign France, open to the world. A France capable of trading with other nations, investing there, developing its businesses there, and promoting its interests, while retaining the freedom to determine its own future.
This text represents only the first outline of our project. A future article will present in more detail the proposals and guidelines that the Liberal Movement wishes to defend for eFrance.
The Liberal Movement does not claim to have all the answers. We want to build them together!
