On day 120, the following countries, as an act of good will, decided to sign a Non-Agression Pact, detailed below:

Side 1: Slovenia

Side 2: BFTE (Romania, Lithuania, Bulgaria, South Korea/Iraq, Poland), GAUSS (Germany, Australia, China/Israel/Colombia, Serbia, Sweden), Croatia, Albania, South Africa, United Kingdom, Hungary

1. Side 1 gets/keeps all their cores.

2. Side 1 is not allowed to fight against, declare war against, nuke or start resistance wars against Side 2.

3. Side 2 is not allowed to fight against, declare war against, nuke or start resistance wars against Side 1.

4. Side 1 is not allowed to launch invasions against enemies of Side 2 in order to block offensives.

5. Side 1 can't invade the following countries, mostly controled by Side 2: India, Philippines and Ireland.

6. Citizens of Side 1 and Side 2 are not allowed to change citizenships in order to avoid the NAP.

7. If either side breaks the SPIRIT of this agreement, both sides agree to first sit down and discuss how to make things right. Damage done against the other side in battles should be compensated by dealing equal damage for the other side.

8. Damage and economical damage done by violating terms 2, 3 and 4 will be compensated by the violator.

9. This agreement is valid until day 150.
