LATINE-AMERICAN PEOPLE: ENEMY BY BORDERS, UNITED BY INTERESTS

While WW7 redesigns the map of Ecclesiar, wars between neighbouring countries raise a fundamental question: who really benefits from conflicts between peoples?

A LATIN AMERICA DIVIDATED

The WW7 continues to transform South America into a scenario of territorial disputes. Brazil, after losing the Amazon to Ukraine, conquered Cucuta and also went to war against Chile.

These events reveal the contradictions of a continent where governments conflict while peoples share common challenges and interests.

Brazilian, Colombian and Chilean workers do not need to be enemies just because their governments are at war.

CLASS INTERESTS OVERFRONT

For Marxists, it is necessary to ask what interests are behind each conflict. Territorial conquests can be presented as great national victories, but it is necessary to question who really benefits from them and who bears their costs.

While governments announce victories and redesign borders, the population may end up paying the price of decisions made on their behalf.

Proletarian internationalism is based on a fundamental principle: workers from different countries have common interests that do not disappear when wars begin.

The union of peoples must be stronger than rivalries fed by governments.

BRAZIL'S CONTRADITION

Brazil knows the effects of territorial expansion on WW7 itself: Ukraine conquered the Brazilian Amazon, an event that placed national sovereignty at the center of the conflict.

However, Brazil also conquered Cucuta and declared war on Chile. This situation requires a reflection: can we condemn the domination of our territory and ignore the consequences of the achievements made by our own government?

Defending Brazilian sovereignty does not mean abandoning the ability to question the actions of the Brazilian State. A truly internationalist position needs to apply its principles consistently.

SOLIDARITY DOES NOT HAVE FRONTERS

Latin America does not need to accept that its peoples are put against each other in disputes over territory and power. Solidarity between Brazilian, Colombian and Chilean workers must exist even in periods of conflict between their governments.

This does not mean ignoring the political differences or events of WW7. It means recognizing that the population should not be reduced to the instrument of the ambitions of the governer.

The same solidarity we defend to the Russian comrades must guide our relationship with the Latin American peoples: No people should be treated as a natural enemy of another.

THE UNIT OF PEOPLE AGAINST DIVISION

WW7 can change borders, overthrow governments and create new rivalries. But history does not need to be written only by military conquests.

The Communist Resistance defends internationalist solidarity, the union of workers and the right of peoples to determine their own future.

Our fight is not against neighboring peoples. It is against the structures of exploitation and power disputes that put workers against each other.
