Why We Are Sharing This Notice

Over the past few days, the domestic job market has seen sharp wage spikes across multiple sectors. While higher daily wages appear beneficial on the surface, sudden wage inflation creates serious structural challenges for our economy:

  1. Pressure on Local Producers: Small and medium factories (especially those producing raw materials, food, and basic military gear) operate on modest profit margins. When wages rise too high, production costs exceed market prices, forcing local facilities to halt hiring or close down.

  2. Protecting National Supply Lines: If domestic factories pause operations, our supply of basic food and equipment shrinks. This forces everyone to rely on expensive foreign imports during critical periods.

  3. Long-Term Job Security: Extreme wage spikes are rarely sustainable. When budgets run out, wages collapse abruptly, leading to sudden unemployment and inactive workplaces.

Recommended Guideline: The 20.00 INR Baseline

We encourage all employers and factory managers across India to set daily wages between 10.00 INR and 20.00 INR (maximum 20.00 INR).

  • Sustainable for Businesses: At 10 to 20INR, local factories can maintain steady daily production without operating at a net loss.

  • Fair for Workers: Workers earn a stable, predictable income to cover daily food and training needs every single day.

Government Policy Tools in Congress

While the game engine does not feature an automatic wage cap, the government has standard legislative tools to maintain economic stability if market distortions continue:

  1. Work Tax Adjustments:

If average market wages remain far above sustainable levels, Congress can vote to adjust the National Work Tax. Increasing this tax ensures that surplus liquidity is redirected straight into the National Treasury to support state reserve programs and national defense.

  2. Import Tariffs & Market Protections:

If high domestic production costs leave local producers uncompetitive, Congress can raise Import Taxes on foreign goods to ensure domestic manufacturers are not priced out of our own market.

  3. State-Backed Employment:

The state will keep open positions in national companies so every active player always has access to reliable, fair daily work.

A Collective Effort

A resilient economy relies on steady, balanced growth that allows both workers and business owners to thrive together.

We kindly request all company managers to review their current job listings and align their offers with this national 10–15 INR guideline.

Jai Hind.
