Under the relevant Eclesiar mechanics, NPC workers can help eligible companies maintain production without competing directly for human workers in the job market. If the zero-pollution mechanic applies as stated, they can also help factories avoid additional regional pollution from those shifts.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR COMPANY

STEP 1 — STOCK YOUR INVENTORY

Before posting a job, make sure your company has sufficient raw materials and INR to cover wages.

  • Weapons factories: Keep the required Iron in stock.

  • Bakeries: Keep the required Grain in stock.

  • Company vault: Maintain enough INR for the shift's gross wages.

The exact inventory requirement depends on the production recipe and available company settings.

STEP 2 — SET A COMPETITIVE WAGE

The proposed guideline is 12.00–13.50 INR gross per shift, subject to the current national average wage and NPC hiring rules.

The stated NPC threshold is 80% of the national average human wage, with a minimum offer of 11 INR. Verify the current threshold in-game before setting your listing.

STEP 3 — CHECK THE DAILY LIMIT

The proposed operating setup is:

  • Slot 1: Work as Manager (WaM)

  • Slot 2: NPC worker

  • Slot 3: NPC worker

This setup assumes the company and current game rules permit two NPC shifts alongside your WaM shift. Confirm the actual limits and hiring schedule before relying on it.

THE GOVERNMENT'S RECOMMENDATION

Factory owners should review their production costs, raw-material stock, wage listings, and regional pollution levels before every shift.

Do not pay inflated wages simply because other employers are doing so. Do not let a shortage of available workers automatically stop your production plans.
