JACARTA - Having a company of its own is one of the interesting steps in the economic journey in Eclesiar. However, does the more companies that are owned mean the richer? Is a factory of the highest quality always the most profitable choice?
Not necessarily!
Building a business isn't just getting Gold out to start a company, then waiting for the profit to come. There are many things to consider, from market needs, production costs, labor wages, regional pollution, to the quality of companies that are most likely to be sold.
In this article, I want to share the strategy that I use as a guide in building wealth in Eclesiar, especially through the company of raw materials (raw) and the processing plant (facts).
Of course, each player has a different goal and a different style of play. Some people focus on fighting, political, business building, or enjoying the whole feature of the game. There is not one strategy that everyone is obliged to follow.
This isn't the only right way to play Eclesiar. I just want to share a personal strategy in building wealth gradually, in the hope of helping pioneers who want to develop business from scratch.
Let's get started!
1. Before building the company, choose a location with Certitude
One of the things new players miss often is determining the location of the company.
In Eclesiar, the company is not only influenced by its quality, but also the state of the area where it is. Therefore, do not immediately set up a company in the area you happen to be in.
There are some factors that need to be noticed.
A. Territory Pollution (Pollution)
Pollution affects production efficiency. The higher the pollution of an area, the greater the potential for the decline of those factors.
Try opening a map and checking the economic display (Economic View) to compare levels of interstate pollution.
Low pollution areas can be an interesting choice, especially when you want to maximize the amount of production. However, don't just look at pollution. Bonuses of resources and other factors also need to be considered.
B County Resource Bonus
Certain areas can provide a production bonus according to the type of resources or industries that relate to it.
If you want to build a company of raw materials, check if it has bonuses that support the kind of raw materials that want to be produced.
For the processing plant, watch out for the relevant production bonuses.
Don't assume that all areas provide the same production. Compare the state of the region through the map and information available in the game.
C, minimum tax and wage.
Before recruiting employees, check the rules of state office that run your company.
There are some things that need to be distinguished:
Minimum wage (Minimum Wage): Decides the minimum limit of a gross salary that can be offered to workers.
Tax work (Work Tax): It's cut from dirty salaries to determine the net salary the workers receive. However, as the owner of the company, you keep paying a dirty salary as you're offering.
VAT sales tax: It affects the net income of market goods. (If you want to sell it directly in the country)
Import tax (Import Tax): It can be worn to sellers from other countries by the rules of state of purpose. (If you want to sell it directly in the country)
Check the current rate in the country where companies operate. Tax policy and wages can change following the government's decision.
Remember, labor costs are not only defined by the salary numbers you see, but also the rules that apply. Meanwhile, sales and imports tax can affect profits when products are sold.
D. Consider Building Company in Indonesia (Your Country)
If your goal is to develop business and support the Indonesian economy (or your country), building companies in your own country is worth considering.
Taxes that enter the nation's coffers can support the financial states according to the mechanism of the game. By contributing to domestic economic activity, we are helping to build a national business ecosystem that has the benefit of being shared.
However, of course the location decision must still consider business feasibility. Do not impose specific locations if costs and production conditions do not support business plans.
A good strategy is not just to make the cheapest fees, but to find the most suitable combination of locations, production and markets.
2. Recognize Two kinds of Company: Default materials and Processing Factory
Before strategizing, we need to understand the fundamental difference between these two types of companies.
A. Default Supply Company (Raw@@)
The default materials company functions to produce raw materials used by other players or processing companies.
For example:
Farm produces wheat (grain).
Iron Mine produces ironiron).
Titanium Mine produces titanium.
Oil Well produces fuel (fuel).
The main advantage of the default materials company is that it doesn't require additional raw materials. You simply run production through the energy used to work as an employee or manage your own company.
However, there is an important difference between those two ways.
If you work as an employee, you get paid and the company you work for produces raw materials. If you manage your own company, you use energy to run production and get the results as a owner.
Note:
Enjoy your company's own work as manager system. Each action (including WAM) requires 10 energies. The first daily WAM can generally be run / performed for free if it meets game requirements, while the next management charge is charged with Gold + Tax. Therefore, for a capital-saving strategy, I recommend enough to manage the company once a day.
B. Processing Factory (Factories)
Unlike the raw materials companies, the processing plant needs raw materials to produce goods.
For example:
Food Factory uses grain to produce food.
Weapon Factory uses iron to generate ground weapons.
Aerial Weapon Factory uses titanium to generate air weapons.
Airlines Company uses fuel to generate plane tickets.
That means, in addition to energy for production, factories also need a suitable supply of raw materials.
This is where the business challenges begin to rise. You need to manage two things at once: raw availability and production costs.
If the raw materials are too expensive, the factory profits can be low. Instead, if you're able to produce your own raw materials at efficient cost, you have a chance to build a more integrated chain of production.
3. My strategy: Start from Baku material, not Factory
If I started an account from nothing and wanted to build wealth through business with the current economic conditions of Indonesia, I would not immediately start a processing plant.
I'll start by observing the market.
Open Market General Market In the country of origin, then check out all the goods, so (Food, Army Weapons, Plane, Tickets) sold there.
Look at what the stock is relative to the same kind of product. This could be an early clue about market opportunities, although low-stock doesn't always mean high demand.
I'll pick one of the interesting chain production, then set up The materials company is first.
Why?
Because the default materials companies don't need additional production materials. The initial cost of Q1 company is 10 Gold, and I can run my own production without spending money on raw materials.
Thus, I can start a business as I continue to collect capital.
Keep in mind, the raw materials company produces raw commodities, not the ones that I previously observed in the market. The market's observation was used to determine the chain of production I wanted to build in the future.
For example, after looking at opportunities on the food market, I could consider building the Farm first, and then developing the Food Factory after the business foundation is stronger.
This strategy made me not necessarily put out much Gold to build the entire production chain at once.
Four. Run your own company and sell the results everyday
Once the company's raw materials stand, the next step is quite simple.
First, use free WAM opportunities to run production every day. Avoid pay WAM repeatedly if your goal is to save capital.
Second, sell the production in General Market The country you're selling (usually newbie's only selling domestic).
Don't worry if things don't get sold right away. You can check the price of another offer, evaluate the price of sale, and monitor market stock changes.
If the goods are still unsold, that supply can still be useful for the next business plan, as long as your storage capacity is sufficient.
However, don't keep stacking things without checking the market needs. Inventory capacity is limited to personal accounts, so that supply too much can inhibit production and other activities.
At this stage, my goal is not that I want to make a huge profit from selling raw materials. I want to build daily production habits, collect stock, and set up capital for increasing companies.
While running the company, keep the Daily Mission and any other activity that gives Gold. Don't let your entire attention run to business until you miss the available free resources.
5. Increase Default Content Quality to Q3
This is the core strategy that I want to share.
Instead of rushing into a lot of companies, I'm going to collect Gold first to improve the quality of the raw materials company already owned.
Company quality is marked with Q1 through Q5, or one to five stars.
For the company's raw materials, the higher the quality, the more raw they can produce in one basic production.
As an illustration, following the basic production of wheat based on the quality of the company:
Quality | Basic production per shift |
|---|---|
Q1 | 19 units |
Q2 | 39 units |
Q3 | 58 units. |
Q4 | 78 units |
Q5 | 97 units |
That number is basic production before the influence of bonuses, pollution, labor skills and other production factors.
The cost of improving quality also needs to be accounted for. According to the basic cost table of the company available when this article is compiled, Q1 to Q2 requires 10 Gold, whereas Q2 to Q3 requires 40 Gold. Check the actual costs shown by the game before performing the upgrade because of certain rules (e.g. buff of universities or items) can affect it.
Why would I suggest Q3 as the original target?
Because I want to build the foundation of the production of raw materials strong enough before adding processing. Q3 is a reasonable starting point for this strategy, not that Q3 is always the most profitable for any product and market conditions.
Why is Q3 interesting when hiring employees?
When you recruit an employee, the salary costs need to be compared to the amount of goods produced.
For example, assuming a single worker's dirty salary is 2 IDR per shift and production as per the bottom table:
Quality | Production | Pay per unit |
|---|---|---|
Q1 | 19 units | .105 IDR |
Q2 | 39 units | 0.051 IDR |
Q3 | 58 units. | 0.034 IDR |
That calculation uses a formula:
A unit's salary = dirty salary against the amount of production.
From the above example, it seems that the salary fee per unit is getting lower as production increases, while the dirty salary is assumed fixed.
This is one of the reasons why a higher quality default company can be an interesting foundation for employee-based businesses.
However, it is worth noting that the 2 IDR above is just an assumption for computation, not a statement that Indonesia's minimum wage has always been that big. The minimum wage in effect follows state provisions in the game, and actual production can be different due to many factors.
Besides, these calculations only show components of payroll. Other expenses, taxes, and sales prices still need to be accounted for when counting net profits.
Six. After Q3, Start Employee Recruitment
Once the raw materials company reaches Q3, I'll start considering opening a job.
The reason is simple:
With the right amount of employees, companies can produce raw materials without me having to use all the time and energy to run every single production process.
But don't just post the vacancy.
Make sure the company's cash or the owner's account is enough to pay the salary. Check also whether the storage capacity is enough and whether any other needs should be met.
Production employee uses default material If it works at a processing plant. For the raw materials company, there's no additional production materials that need to be provided, but worker's salary It remains a cost that must be paid.
One more thing: employee production isn't always the same as basic production numbers on the table. The number of workers who worked that day, economic skills, regional bonuses, pollution, and various modifiers could affect the outcome.
Therefore, checking the actual production results and evaluating whether the additional employees are still profitable.
Seven. Build a Processing Factory that matches your Baku ingredients
After a company of raw materials developed, I then considered setting up a processing plant.
My principle: Build a factory that uses the raw materials of the production chain that you've developed.
If you had developed Farm to Q3, for example, you could consider Food Factory to cultivate wheat into food.
This way, you don't fully rely on purchasing raw materials from the market.
However, don't consider the raw materials themselves to be free (especially if the raw materials are from employees' work). They still have economic value because they can be sold to the market. When you use it to produce goods so, you sacrifice the opportunity to sell them directly.
Therefore, calculate the value of raw materials based on a realistic market price, then compare it to the income of product sales so that after all the cost is accounted for.
Note the storage capacity as well. Raw materials and stuff both use inventory space, while the space needs each product differently.
Why not create Q3 or Q5 directly?
Because the processing plant has different characteristics of the default materials company.
For the company's raw materials, higher quality generally produces a larger amount of raw materials.
Instead, for processing factories, higher quality produces higher quality products, but the number of units produced per base shift tends to be less. His materials need to increase.
Here's a picture of the basic production of factories based on quality:
Factory quality | Food | Ground weapons |
|---|---|---|
Q1 | 60 units | 197 units |
Q2 | 49 units | 143 units |
Q3 | 38 units | 105 units |
Q4 | 27 units | 77 units |
Q5 | 16 units | 56 units. |
The number above is a basic production recipe for standard settings, before other modifiers. The need for raw materials and final outcomes must be checked according to the type of factories and production mechanisms in effect.
Notice that higher quality doesn't mean more units. Therefore, don't automatically increase the factory to the highest quality.
Eight. Find Most Quality Match Market
In my opinion, one of the mistakes that needs to be avoided is to assume that Q5 has always been the best target.
The purpose of business is not simply to produce high quality products, it's to sell products with a reasonable economy.
For example, there may be more active markets buying Q3 food than Q5 food.
Instead, if there's a strong demand for Q5 and the price of sale can cover all the extra costs, higher quality can be the right choice.
Before raising the factory, check:
The stock products of various qualities at the local market.
The price of the offer and the possibility of goods actually sold.
The amount of raw materials required for each shift.
Employee fee and default materials (HPP raw materials).
The sales taxes and other costs apply in markets that are targeted for sale.
An estimated net advantage for every quality.
Don't just compare the market price per unit. Compare the total cost and the amount of units that can be generated.
The best quality for your business is the quality that fits the market needs and produces healthy economic calculations, not always the highest quality.
The distribution of more profound sales strategies, including foreign sales, I will discuss in my own article.
Nine. When should we start holding?
After having some company, maybe you start considering setting up holding company.
Holding can help manage business as its own entity. This feature has inventory and cash itself, so that supply and business capital can be separated from inventory and cash personal accounts.
In the Eclesiar system, the initial capacity of inventory holding is 3,750 units. That capacity can be increased at the cost of Gold as per the terms.
Then, do you need to set up a holding just as soon as you own the company first?
In my opinion, no need to rush.
Holding requires 50 Gold.
If you just have a company of raw materials and you don't have an additional storage need, it's probably better off to develop an existing company.
I'll start considering holding when:
The number of companies and supplies is beginning to grow.
Personal account inventory is no longer sufficient to support the production plan.
I want to separate the business operations capital from the private assets.
I want to manage some companies through more organised business structures.
I've understood the benefits and the additional costs of holding management.
Keep in mind that holding is not just a storage area. There's a certain management that needs to be understood, and private WAM opportunities don't apply to companies that have holding.
If your goal is to start a small business, a private company is enough to study basic production. When business progresses and management needs increase, it's only holding worth considering.
10. Don't forget Count Cost and Analyse Business
Finally, don't let a good-looking strategy on paper make you lose interest in not evaluating the actual results.
Production records, payroll fees, used raw materials, taxes, and sales. Compare the profit of selling raw materials to the benefit of processing it into a product so.
If it turns out that selling raw materials is more profitable at certain market conditions, you shouldn't force all the raw materials into the factory.
Instead, if processing gives you higher clean profits, you can allocate the raw materials according to the production needs.
Check for prices changes, supplies, and area conditions periodically. Today's lucrative business doesn't necessarily yield the same result when the market is changing.
Remember, building a company is a learning process. Don't be afraid to change the strategy when the data shows that the previous way is no longer effective.
Message from the Perinis: Build business with calculations, not just ambition
For me, building wealth in Eclesiar is not about who owns the fastest companies. More important is understanding how each company works, where profits come from, and how capital can be used effectively.
The strategy I shared in this article started with market surveillance, built the default materials company, increased its quality to Q3, then developed a processing plant to its needs.
Again, this is just one approach. You can have a different strategy and keep growing well.
There's no obligation to follow this whole step. Adjust to the purpose of play, capital, market conditions, and opportunity you have.
If you want to discuss business, default materials, or a strategy to build an economy in Eclesiar, please feel free to greet me, Alcadian, in the game.
Let's study together, build a smarter business, and strengthen the Indonesian economy in Eclesiar!
