You have a company, you publish job offers and no one comes to work? Perhaps the problem is not just the lack of workers.

After several days trying to hire, we managed to incorporate employees into our companies in less than 24 hours.

Experience allowed us to identify three key factors: competitive wages, available funds and sufficient raw materials.

Today we share what we have learned to help other entrepreneurs.

- 1. Wage: one of the most important factors

NPC do not accept any job offer.

According to Ecclesiar's documentation, an NPC is looking for jobs that meet certain conditions:

  • The salary must be higher than the previous employment.

  • It can't be a salary of 0.

  • The offer cannot be below 80% of the average salary of the country's real players.

What does this mean?

If you offer 7 ARS while other workers charge between 15 and 20 ARS, your company may have difficulty getting employees.

That was one of the problems we found in our first offers.

- Our advice: It reviews labour market wages and I offered a competitive remuneration that you can also support with your company's sales.

There is no single wage to guarantee NPC.

- 2. Make sure you have raw materials!

This point is fundamental and many entrepreneurs can ignore it.

If your company needs raw materials to produce, it must have enough units available.

For example:

- Food factory: He needs grain.

♪ Factory of aircraft: He needs titanium.

- Other factories: they require the materials corresponding to their production.

In our experience, Northern Pans had no grainand therefore did not meet the conditions for working normally.

On the other hand, a company dedicated to the extraction of raw materials, such as our titanium mine, does not need to buy other material to make its usual extraction.

- Our advice: before publishing an offer, enter the warehouse and check that you have the necessary resources for the worker's shift.

- 3. You need money to pay the wages.

Another fundamental requirement is to have adequate funding.

If you offer a competitive salary, but you don't have money to pay for it, you're not meeting the conditions to hire NPC.

For example:

If you offer 18 ARS per shift and want to hire two employees, you need to be able to face both wages.

In addition, you have to consider the costs of raw materials and other production costs.

- Our advice: verify the funds available to pay wages before opening vacancies.

Don't spend all your capital on hiring if you can't keep the company running later.

- 4. correctly publish your job offer

Once you have the salary, the funds and the materials prepared, I followed these steps:

Step 1: Get in your company.

Step 2: Select the "Offers" tab.

Step 3: I set a competitive salary.

Step 4: It will review the minimum economic skill requested. If you do not need a specific level, avoid setting too high requirements.

Step 5: It publishes the job offer.

Step 6: Check that it appears as "Visible in the market."

Step 7: Wait and review the employee section on a regular basis.

NPC work and seek employment at different times of the day, so they will not necessarily be hired immediately.

- 5. Checklist before hiring

Before you ask why workers don't show up, check the following:

  • Is the wage competitive and meets the minimum required for NPC?

  • Do you have the money to pay for it?

  • Does your company have enough raw materials?

  • Is the offer visible in the labour market?

  • Does the minimum ability allow access to available candidates?

  • Is the salary offered in the currency of the country that governs the region?

  • Are NPC available and quotas available to hire them?

Important data: According to the available documentation, each company may have at least two NPC working simultaneously.

In addition, NPC are looking for jobs within the country that governs the region where they live.

- 6. Our experience: not getting employees to recover production

In our Argentine companies we are experiencing difficulties in hiring.

We had published offers, but the workers didn't arrive.

When we review the working conditions and the necessary resources, we begin to correct the problems.

In less than 24 hours we managed to recover employees in:

♪ Ridao Corp: titanium production.

♪ Ridao Defense Industries: manufacture of aircraft.

- SRL Farm: grain production.

The food factory Pans del Norte was still pending because of its lack of raw materials.

This experience taught us something:

It's not enough to publish an offer. The company must be prepared to receive and maintain workers.

- 7. To deal is the beginning, not the end

Getting NPC workers is important, but then you have to make the company profitable.

For this we recommend to control:

  • How many units each employee produces.

  • How much money is paid in wages.

  • How much the raw materials cost.

  • How many products are actually sold.

  • How much money is left after spending.

A company can produce every day and still lose money if it does not get buyers.

Therefore, our recommendation is to progressively hire and check the results.
